losing power

Well heres what i have going on with my 88 gt. When i first use my car for the day and it is totally cooled off it has alot of power it pulls hard and really moves good like it is supposed to but as soon as it begins to warm up it looses alot of power it still has low end but after about 1200 rpm it seems to have not nearly as much as when its cold. Its bad enough i think my dads minivan could take it in a drag race up to about 50mph. THATS BAD Anyone have any ideas what is going on here? Other than that it runs very good

Could the computer be leaning out the fuel mixture too much when it warms up for some reason?

Pull the codes from the computer and that will give you some info.
