Uhh... okay, ill be home soon, my car should be out of the body shop by then, but i need to do the back planning for all these parts... If you have any recommendations please let me know.. Heres my build order once it gets out of the body shop
Cosmetic crap: tail light tint, black out panel, grille delete
Coilovers: K&W four corner street kit
Brakes: 13'' Cobra rotors/calipers etc
Engine: Strip everything out, then build up from there, TF Heads, Custom Cams, TF intake, new TB, tube etc
Ok First off i guess would be the coilovers. Everyone said the three bolt CCplates that come with my kit are crap and i need to get 4 bolt ones from MM.... this probably sounds dumb, but will the CC plate from MM work with my coilovers for sure?
Factory springs are often uneven from the factory. Will i need to adjust the coilovers to compensate for the same sort of thing?
Okay onto engine stuff, The Hanes manual has all the torque specs for the head bolts and the cam braces.... but how could those apply to the new heads? Will the new heads come with their own set of instructions/torque specs?
And the final question i can think of right now is... The kit im ordering comes with an Xcal... Im changing basically everything above the piston, new heads, cams, intake manifold, etc etc... Will the Xcal be enough to tune it to run and atleast get it to a shop? and will the Xcal be enough or will i have to pay to have it dynod?
