I was drivin and I hear this clunk then I start hearing this very loud sqeal or like when you run your fingers across a chalk board that is very high pitch when I push in the clutch. Is it my throw out bearing? What does it feel like when your clutch is going bad?

throwout bearing .

it doesnt have anything to do with your clutch slipping, but to check drive up a hill in a numerically high gear at a low RPM. if you just rev and not go anywhere, your clutch is going.

Yep....the TO bearing is going kablooey. Depending on how many miles you may as well swap the clutch too.

I totally agree. My TOB went out on me about 4 months ago, and since my car had high miles, I replaced the clutch and everything associated with it, since they were already down there taking care of the TOB's. And I haven't had a problem since.
