I was waiting to see if anyone would post this--so here it is: It's still not absolutely certain what this guy has but supposedly it's Mac 3" catback and upr o/r xpipe. The best exhaust clip I've ever heard.

that sounds sick as hell man.. very nice... just hoped you knew what exhaust it was . But thanks man, that clip was nice. I changed my mind about the SLP haha.. i heard it in person.. raassssppppyyy but very loud.. i just want something that's LOUD and smooth sounding like ragu said.. every exhaust is loud with the rights pipes. but the vid i saw.. it sounded like sex it was soo good.. something like that would be nice. :)

i'm pretty certain it's MAC, though--combined with a true X o/r pipe. i've heard several people say that a true X design will give you a better sound. And theres no mistaking a chambered muffler--it's either MAC or Flowmaster--so I say that the original guess is true. There was a discussion about it in one of the threads on that forum and MAC with upr X pipe was the last word...

nice clips, i'd forgetten how nice my loudmouth sounded on stock hpipe, but i love it with all the goodies now too.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I wanna see a dyno test with different mufflers. I don't see how a chambered muffler can make as much power as one with a straight through design. That having been said, I still prefer the sound of a chambered muffler. I know a lot of folks hate chambered mufflers with an xpipe but I think it sounds bitchin.

hey guys, just signed up.. i have a 01 cobra and i'm stuck between borla stingers or the slp loudmout.. in your opinions.. or first hand experience. Which is louder, deeper, and smoother? thanks guys

SLP=LOUD. Not smooth. But loud
Flowmaster=Deep, and smooth. But way too much drone, and people call it Rustmaster for a reason
Magnaflow=Not too loud. But deep and smooth. Mix it with Prochamber, and it soud pure sex. :nice:
Borla Stinger=Don't know anyone with it. But if Borla on LS1 is any indiacation, I say too loud for my liking. Quality is top notch I hear

for those of you wondering what exhaust was run on the gonein10secs video.. its teh mac catback and a vrs o/r x pipe!

is that the black Cobra with those projecter lights, and does burn out and takes off in what look like narrow street?? thats one of sickest sound moduler powered Mustang I've ever heard!

dont write off SLP because of the I's. O/R X and LMII's are deep at low rpms, and by 3000 they're roaring.

If not the II's, my vote goes to Bassani street comp, or Mac Flowpaths.
