Loudon County VA emissions...Passing?

Well lets see I lived in the mountains in Pennsylvania until recently getting a job with an airline. THe mustang is now down here but the inspection ran out and I was going to transfer it over to VA tags but........ I live in loudon county which has strict emissions. Does anyone know of anything you can purchase to be exempt? My car is now a carb'd vehicle with long tube headers and an off-road h-pipe. I was just wondering if there is some kind of stay under this mileage sticker you could buy.

What makes you think it won't pass with a set of cats on it?

A little tweaking on the carb and I'd bet it might just go through ok (maybe not great, but ok).

he said an off road h pipe there for he has no cats but im not sure but right around there corner in spotsy they dont even have a sniffer here so you mighte even be same but call and ask a inspection station thll let you know
