Thats a common problem on the 94-95s. I don't know what exactly causes it, but I do know it happens most often when it is cold outside. I wouldn't get too concerned with it.

Pull the sensor out of the bottle. It will likely have corrosion/buildup on the sensor blades. Get a nail file, and sand off all that white/yellow powdery stuff. Then let it sit in baking soda water for a while. Make sure it is clean, and put it back in the bottle. The corrosion/buildup blocks the electronic current from touching the water, so the sensor thinks there is no water in the bottle. Since you have water, this is the problem.

I would post pics, but I deleted them long ago.

No problem

No problem, it bugged the heck out of me also, little things like that drive people to sell old cars. Just take your time, and trouble shoot all the problems, and you can get them fixed. Just the other day I got my A/C back online, it was blowing, but not out of the front vents, I look under the dash, and saw a small vac hose, I stuck it in the vac tree and the A/C foam door came open, and a few years of stuff went splewpghghthgh, all over the place, but now I have Ice Cold AC.

These cars are so easy to work on that 5 mins. can save you a bunch of hassle.

The sensor is on the end of the hard plastic tube line that goes down into the bottle. Unplug the sensor wire harness, unscrew the cap, and then pull the cap all the way out, the tube is connected to the cap.

File it down, and soak it real good. I made mine shiney like a penny, and regularly see if it is getting buildup on it. Check it often, and fill the bottle.
