1989 GT Low Coolant Sensor light is on but coolant level is fine. Where is the best source for these sensors? How easy is it to install? Thanks.

The sensor is in the coolant overflow tank. its also the cap for it. If you got coolant in their you may need to replace your sensor. if not. Put coolant in it and see if the light goes off

Yours might be fine if you clean it. They get crud on the prongs and then don't function properly. It only takes a few minutes to pull it and clean it.

Good luck.

Or just unplug the wire harness from the cap and the light will turn off for good....or until you get a new cap.
