Low end power boost?

Hey guys, I was wondering what I could do to my car to increase its power below 3000 rpm. I was thinking of getting a set of FRPP 3.73's, I'm sure that would help some. Are there any other things that are known to help low end power? A blower is out of the question at this point.

Beefing up the rear suspension and chassis stiffness with lower control arms and subframe connectors will help in addition to gears.
