04 Mustang has low voltage at the pin connector. Battery test 12.5, ignition on pin voltage at 11.45 Any idea what would cause this? Alternator is not getting message to start generating power to battery. BTW new battery and alternator, both test good on bench. No Charge means NO GO. Car is sitting please help if you can.
