hey all i need some help from some people who have done this before. i am taking off my lower a arms on my 89 gt to put to ball joints and bushings in. the back bolts come out fine but my a arm bolts toward the front of the car will not come out i got the nuts off fine but i have beat with a hammer pryed and tried a recip saw to cut them off i dont have a torch set will borrow one from some techs at work if i cant get anywhere anymore tonight anyone else have any idea that you have used the bolt will move when i move the a arm up and down i think the shank that is at the head end of my bolt is rusted into the sleeve in my bushing it seems to me any ideas guys??? i would appreciate it anything at all to try thanks a lot

if it turns but wont back out put a small flat tip in between the head of the bolt,at the same time turn the bolt and the flat tip sideways if you can get a little space then go to a box wrench.thats how i did it in my 91.or once you turn it out of all the threds and it just turns but is not threded in take a smaller diameter bolt and tap it out.

Try an Air Chisel to drive them out. I bought new Bolts and Nuts from Greens before I swapped my new A Arms in and I used Anti-Sieze on them so they will come apart easy if I ever need to take them apart again.
