Lower control Arms

I do not have much wheel hop. I was thinking about upgrading the stock UCA and the LCA with the J&M non adjustable ones, and also the panhard bar. My only performance mods are a CAI and a tune. Do I need to replace both the UCA and the LCA or just the LCA? I do not plan on lowering the car so should i go with a nonadjustable ph bar, or would you suggest getting an adjustable one anyway.

Most of the cars are out even at factory height. I would recommend checking the side to side alignment of the rear end and if it is centered just purchase the non adjustable. If you need to center it and you want polyurethane bushings I would recommend the new J&M panhard rod. It looks like they came out with a new modular design with forged steel ends which allows you to easily upgrade to rod ends in the future if you want more performance. This is the link I just saw and looks like a very trick setup. You can't go wrong with J&M's customer support and quality of parts. http://www.hotpart.com/index.php?p=show&id=186

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but I think mine started to squeak going over small road imperfections and I have the non zerged types what do I do to quiet them down? do I have to take them off and regrease everything or is there a better way to do it while still on the car?

Thanks!

Do you have rod ends or poly bushings? Rod ends wear out over time (5-15k miles depending on the quality rod end and the conditions). Poly bushings require greasing from time to time.

I see you have the bushings that supposedly don't need greased. My advice would be to pull them out and put some synthetic grease on all surfaces for the bushing. Both sides that touch the brackets and the mounting hole. Hopefully that will help.
