Lower gasket for Street Heat?

Hey guys, I ordered the TFS Street Heat from Summit and from what it looks like, the kit only comes with the upper to lower gasket. Anyway, does anyone know what gasket matches up to the Street Heat's lower? I bought a gasket kit for a Cobra/GT40 intake swap awhile back, which I was just about to return because of the change in plans, but I don't have the TFS intake yet to compare the ports to that gasket. Does anyone know if the gt40/cobra lower gasket will work, so I don't have to return these?

Ok, 2 more questions...
Does the intake come with all the hardware for both the upper and the lower?
When you order the elbow, does it come with hardware and gaskets, or just gaskets?

I ask because I am ordering this for a 94GT without a motor, so I will be missing certain bolts, otherwise I'll make a nice little trip to the hardware store....
