lower intake seal going out fast?

I have a vortech and gt-40 intake and trickflow twisted wedge heads. I keep blowing out the rtv that i put near the distributor and in the back near the pcv valve. am i using the wrong rtv. should i be even using that stuff. is my pcv valve not releasing crankcase pressure? thanks

My first thought too. Crankcase pressure. Check the PCV obviously, then maybe check compression, or better yet do a leakdown and see what condition the rings are in.

trying to get different ideas. i have pcv valve from a turbo fox. i think it is somehow not relaseing the pressure. but its new and i put it in there real good. yes i let it cure for days. i have dont it 6 times already and im tired of changing that ****. has anyone ever heard of the bypass valve not working properley?

I wouldn't think that the bypass would cause that but I could be wrong for sure. As long as your throttle body is closed the bypass should let that boost escape. Give it some throttle and build some boost and listen for the bypass to pop when you let off the throttle abrubtly.
Did you pull the PCV and make sure it rattles at least. Clean the screen under the PCV?
