An aftermarket quadrant lowers the clutch pedal height correct?

Can I just get a pedal height adjuster from MM ($20 or so) and call it a day? Or am I going to grind gears? (Somehow I think that it may not disengage the clutch completely )

And I really dont wan't to cut my pedal because I'm most likely gonna screw up.

You need the aftermarket adj cable quadrant setup with the Pedal Height Adjuster from MM. That way you can manually adjust where the release point is and you wont grind gears

Check it out Click Here

We bought and installed this on my wife's 01 that had just prior received a KC clutch kit, and the Steeda adj cable, firewall adj and quad. Though the recommend using a firewall adjuster and/or adj cable, I can't see how it will make a difference, unless your pedal is now engaging just off of the floor.
Just my 2 cents - I'd buy it and install it without the other aftermarket pieces. You'll quickly figure it out. I ordered mine online on a Sunday and rec'd it (here in FL) on Thursday, installed in 20 min on Sat...best $20 (+8 shipping) we ever spent.
