lower torque box reinforcements

I saw a post awhile ago, with measurements and diagram etc for making your own lower torque box reinforcements. Anyone have the link handy? I did a search and came up empty

Don't know where that is, but I have a set I have not put in yet that I could possibly measure for you.

I was considering making the torque box reinforcements but figured it wasn't worth it. The material cost plus hardware and my fabercation time added up to more than buying them. I bought some SMR upper and lower reinforments from ebay for less than $75 with shipping. I welded up the pieces inside the car to the floor pan to make them stronger yet.

I work in a steel fab shop, so materials and time are free.. well if the boss doesn't find out haha
