I installed my Eibach Pro Kit springs yesterday and did the Diablo Sport 91 Octane tune, so I went out and took some pictures to further document the customization of the car. I hope you all enjoy the pictures!

Outstanding pics. How do the new springs feel? Did you get an alignment?

Yes, Very nice looking

Did you have it aligned?
How far off was the front end?? how far off is the rear end? Do you have any additional bump steer? Is it any more harsh on the street? Any tire rubbing?

Are those the stock 17" wheels?

Your ride looks truly nice in the pics great job.

I have been waiting to see where my next assignment was going to be. If Alaska,, then I was not going to lower.. If TX,, then,, wheels, tires, springs and associated suspension goodies are in order.. Found out yesterday,, TX it is.. SO,, let the MOD's begin

Install and alignment was done by a shop. Unfortunately since I just moved to L.A. for a job and I'm only 21, I don't have a house with a garage, just an apartment and covered parking, so I couldn't do the wrenching myself.

The wheels and tires are stock, for now. Planning on a set of 3-piece wheels either from GfG (W2W's performance brand) or HRE's. Something to that effect. The car's still up to go to SEMA, so I still have a ways to go in the next 3 months, but I'm off to an okay start. I'll be taking pics of every mod I do. Probably in the same location, since it'll be the same background, with a different looking car.

I have had a problem with my exhaust hitting over bumps. I think it's happening on the part that goes over the axel. It's either hitting the body or the axel. The system is a Borla cat-back. Any insight?

Thanks for the compliments!
Kris

Missed some of the questions.

Ride is stiff, but not harsh, especially after driving cars with crappy drop spindles and cut springs in the past.

A lot less body roll in corners, I love it, especially since I hope to track the car someday.

No rubbing so far, plenty of clearance with the Pro Kit.

As far as bumpsteer, none that I've noticed over stock, but give me a few more days and I will know.

It's just a little point and shoot Fuji FinePix. Still learning, so I figure a cheap camera is the way to go for now. It's actually my parents' but they've pretty much let me keep it since I'm taking a lot of pictures. For these, my dad was kind enough to hold up a reflective windshield shade to get me some better lighting.

Can you take a profile shot so we can get a better idea of the actual drop?

I see you got her all fixed up Mr. Horton!! Nice job.. Spectacular pics.. Is photography your hidden passion? Or was the light just perfect that day?

I see you have confronted your fear of "Containers and Mustangs"... They dont go to good together.. But the only way to conquer the fear is to show some respect to the container like you have in the shot... A fitting tribute to you and your experience..

I bet you thought no one would catch it did ya? LOL!! I noticed, you paid props to the container.. Way to go Kris! You have a really keen imagination.. Most dont understand the pic of the car next to the container.. But I do! Your a genius!!

Yeah, we've settled our differences and can coexist together peacefully now.

I do have a bit of a passion for photography, but I am a total newbie to it. I know how to stage a camera pretty well through my artwork (www.carsbykris.com) but am still learning how to use the natural light. I'm getting better though!

Nice looking car kris you took some good pics. I also lowered mine with the sportline kit. Did you install the panhard bar and upper panhard support?

No, I only did the Pro Kit, so I didn't do camber plates or panhard mods. I may still do them for the sake of performance, but from what I've been hearing, it's not really necessary for such a minor drop.
