Hey Im new here but not to new to mustangs since this is my 6th one. Now I know a decent amount about mustangs but I have never had a lowered one. I am just curious if your rear suspension geometry is messed up at all. I wouldnt want to affect launches for looks. Thanks for the replys

Welcome to StangNet!
Absolutely, the ability to transfer weight to the back tires is greatly affected when a car is lowered with tight aftermarket lowering springs. This is why a lot of people have been using Fox 4 cylinder springs up front and Fox 8 cylinder springs out back, some cut to varying degrees to obtain some drop but allowing weight transfer. These are softer springs and won't really do much in the handling department but will help get rid of the 4X4 look and help you launch. Hop over to www.modulardepot.com and check out their suspension forum.

I would think that lowering would be bad all the way around.

Shouldn't the RLCAs have the chassis end higher than the axle end so that when power is applied the force is directed toward the ground instead of pulling the axle up into the car?

If you lower the rear you could end up with the axle end higher.
