Lowering Springs Question

Hello, do you guys have any pics of eibach pro kit springs and Ford racing C springs. I am debating on wich to get. I want a 1- 1'5 inch drop. Are these the best 2 kits for something like that. Also I want to know how much does it cost to install these springs. So far I haven't heard anyone talking about the cost of installation for these bad boys. My car needs a drop bad, I saw 2 mustangs today both dropped. Dam I am jealous.

id go pro-kit, never heard anything bad about them
spring install, i had one done on my ford probe, local shop did it for little under $200....i think a stang would be eaisier
there is actually a thread about doing it yourself, it seems pretty easy. do you have a shop to jack it up?

I've installed the BBK Progressive rate springs and they dropped the car about the amount you are looking for. The progressive rate springs will give you the ride and handling you are looking for without beating you to death.

I installed mine myself and it was really no big deal. All you need are a few jack stands, a decent floor jack and a Saturday morning. I didn't even need to use a spring compressor. It was a lot easier than I thought. I didn't even have to get it aligned when I got done. All I needed to do was adjust the camber. Go ahead and ask me how

if you need shocks/struts too I reccomend the tokico kit off of ebay, its shocks/struts and springs, lowers 1.25, good spring rate, same as the C's I believe...

Thats what I'm getting, and from what I've seen it looks great!

I was looking at both of the sets of springs you are reffering to last month. I can't remember who, but someone directed me to the H&R Race Springs. I had the eibach pros on the GT, and I was happy with them, but I really wanted something different this time. I wanted a more performance based spring than a lowering spring, which these were both. Brought the front down about 1.5 inches, and the rear about 1.2. It looks really good with the 17s, and the performance is great. I am a really happy camper, and I am exremely anal. Take a look at the pics in my sig. The bottom 2 on page 1 are with the springs. I got some good pics of the springs themselves also.

Here is a pretty good link that can walk you through the install. Pretty easy if you can use hand tools.........................

Thanks guys, but does anyone have a pic of a 1.5 inch drop stang, i am not sure i remember the stance it gives

Here's mine with the BBK progressive rate springs. If I remember correctly, it's 26" from the pavement to the top of the fender well in the front and 26 1/4" in the back. I don't remember what it was before the drop.
