Lowering the Stang - 2 questions for the masses...

So I have a 2002 Vert GT and going with H&R SuperSports (2.0" front, 1.6" rear) . I was going to go with Tokico Illuminas but have changed my mind to go with Strange Eningeering Struts and Shocks....2 Questions:
1. WHat is everyone's opinion on these?
2. Should I go with the 79-93 Struts/87-93 Shocks or 94+Struts and Shocks?

i think that the strange shocks and stuts are more drag race type like the lakewoods compared to the road/street style that the tokicos offer. i guess it all depends on what your looking for. i think the fox shocks and struts will work good with your drop. (somone correct me if im wrong)

I am more interested in ride quality than track times, would Strange Engineering Struts/Shocks not be the setup I'm looking for? Tokico Illuminas would be the obvious choice, but I dont think they are in the budget.

i dont know which would give better ride quality. i would think the tokicos, but im not sure. i think any new shocks and struts would improve ride quality.

the ride quality of the h&r's and the tokico's are really good. I like the way mine rides a lot. It handles pretty good also.

Im kind of in the same situation. My car is already lowered with Sportlines and stock struts and shocks. I've heard going with fox struts and shocks are the way to go. Does anyone know for a fact they will work? before I order them? And what I need to do to get them to work. I think im going to go with tokico blues

2" Drop

I went with Intrax springs (2" drop all around) with 1993 KYB style struts up front on my 1996, no problem. Also used Hotchkis caster/camber plates.
