I finally got enough motivation to go out and start my header install. So far so good. I did not drop my K-member. With about 2.5 hours of actual work, I got the car up in the air, removed the starter, jacked the engine up, and removed the passenger-side manifold. I can't believe how small they are. The only real PITA so far was the top bolt on the starter. Luckily, I have small hands and I figured out a way to get to it finally.
Anyhow, all my studs stayed in the head which is probably a positive thing. But...I have heard that some people use bolts in a couple of the holes because of the studs bottoming out on the primary tube. Should I remove any of my studs before hanging the header?
BTW, they are Mac LT's if that makes a difference.
