Looking for leads on a spoiler for my 1988 Vert. Car has luggage rack, and I am looking for one that will install without removing the rack. New or used, I can work with either. Let me know if you have any leads.

The only ones I know of are the ones they used on the 92 Summer Edition, but they don't have a luggage rack at all.

There's this one: https://www.mrbodykit.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=10_136&products_id=421

or there's this one that would probably work: https://www.mrbodykit.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=10_136&products_id=425

Or I'm sure you could find more "Fast and Furious" style wings that would most likely work. Wouldn't be my style, but if it works for you.....

I'm removing the luggage rack and replacing it with a wing, which is what I think most do. I'm not aware of too many different styles that aren't, imo, too gaudy. I think most are designed as an either/or piece.

Suppose the SLN in the name on the first one is because it is a Saleen copy?

I like to think of the luggage rack as a spoiler in itself. Ads to the sleeper look

I dont like my luggage rack at all. The spoiler on top of it is worse. The whale tail on top I should say

Yeah. I think that’s prob the route I am going to end up doing.
That’s a big negative to the F&F wing lol

Did you fill the holes or replace lid?

I filled the holes. Tried to get a wingless lid from a coupe but couldn’t find one. I’ve had this wing for ~15 years now. The car’s algo got a 99 GT engine swap along with the suspension.

This is what I used on my old 84 project. It didn't have the luggage rack to begin with so that was a bonus. My current project has the rack and I've already removed it. Still have to fill the holes before installing a wing - probably the same style as the one I used on the 84.
