Have a 17 gt prem vert. Came w/ 18” wheels and pirelli tires. Picked up a set of optional 10 spoke 19” wheels.
Had new tires put on. Tire place insists lugnut torque is 150 ft lbs because the wheels go with the performance pkg.
I insist torque should be 105 ft lbs. the car does not have the pp, just the optional gear in the rear end.
What should be the correct torque?

Ford bases the recommended torque value based on the stud size, not the wheel. The S-550's have a 14 mm wheel stud and the recommended tq is 150 ft lbs and that is straight from ford. If your using factory wheels and factory lug nuts then use the factory tq spec.
