How come on the 2 pictures last posted the shade of the taillight is clearer in one and really dark in the one pic?

I know it is hard to tell from the angle and the fact that I hadn't put the wing back on after paint but it is a GT

One has a crack in it at the top though.

I really need a set of GT's the same color as my car because I have no idea how to get the covers off to paint them the right color. My car is wild strawberry metallic.
