MA Emissions? BBK Longtubes and Catted X-pipe?

I live in MA and need to pass emissions. I currently have bbk longtubes with an off-road h-pipe. I am thinking of buying a bbk cattted x-pipe to combo with the long tubes. Has any one passed MA emissions with this setup? If not anyone know an emissions inspection place that is easily persuaded by the almightly dollar??

I'm in the same boat about buying Long tubes. They won't pass visual I think because they push the catalytic converters back I think...
