thanks guys, got a deal from a company on ebay, $571.00 shipped for the Cat Back, o/r h, and MIL eliminators. is this a good deal? i think so, but there again, like some of you said, you get what you pay for. and if i have to pay a little more to get a system that fits better, then i will. had a MAC h and long tubes on my old 92 coupe, and they fit like sh&*, so that's what has me wondering should i even waste my time and money?

You will like it. I have the SS version of the Catback and love it (fits great on my 01). I still have the stock H but it sounds sick (getting the MRT-H soon). I love it when I go under an overpass and floor it, what a sweet sound

Built Motor/Heads/Cams/Supercharged/Longtubes/OffRoadH/MAC 3" Catback

I must say it sounds pretty SICK.

Its loud at Idle, REALLY loud under acceleration, and INSANE at WOT.

I've had the Mac cb and Mac o/r H pipe on my 00 GT for 2 years now and I love it. Like others said, it has a drone at about 1800-2000rpm's, but I like the sound. It sounds mean as hell at WOT. Alot of people that don't know too much about cars think I have motor work done to my car. They don't believe me when I tell them I just have bolt on mods. For the price it's great and I love the aggressive sound. You won't be disappointed.

I love the sound, I have a Mac H-pipe with 2 hi-flow cats, sounds great. It's pretty loud when you get on it, turns heads all the time... I on the other hand think the Macs are louder than the 40 series... at least up top...

Fitment Quality isn't that great though. And because of that, if I could do it again, I would consider something else.

this is what i was afraid of. my past experiences with MAC was the same thing, so we'll see. i have a hook up on Magnaflow, a really good hook up, so i may got that route, but right now i am still leaning towards MAC.

"Fitment Quality"? Whatever that is, I have no issues with the Mac Prochamber or Mac Catback fitting. I've installed and removed this at least twice due to a stall converter swap. All you have to do is leave everything just finger tight. Use jacks or a second person to hold the pieces in place before cranking down on the nuts.

You're lucky. I did everything you mentioned.

The H-pipe flange was flared to begin with. I had to get a muffler shop to fix it. I guess I should have mentioned that.

Yeah, I keep on using 'fitment quality'. Everyone knows what I mean even though the word fitment is being used incorrectly. Gotta break the habit. How about: it didn't fit together well.
