I just had a shop purchase and install a MAC Flowpath catback system for my car. It wasn't till the next day when I realized the tips are not centered under the bumper cutouts.
Can this be adjusted? Is it just a matter of loosening the bolts and twisting the tailpipes?
It's a function of how they were bolted up to begin with. If you can't live with it, get under the car and loosen all the fasteners from the cat on backwards. Then fiddle around with the pipes until you get everything lined up the way you like. Have a buddy hold the pipe in place while you tighten everything back up.
That sounds good. I think I will take it back to the shop this weekend and have them line it up better. I just wanted to know if it was possible before showing up.
