MAC Flowpath VS. 40 series flowmaster

i wanna know which you guys think is louder with a BBK o/r h-pipe??
i have 2.5" flowtubes and 2.5" tailpipes to go with either set of mufflers,,i cant decide which is the loudest,,i had a o/r x pipe and macs and it was alot louder than the o/r x pipe and flows,,,and now ive got a o/r h-pipe and cant determine how the h pipe will make each muffler sound,,help me decide,,,i dont want magnaflows or any straight thru muffler,,these 2 sets are all i have and are gonna get

The MAC's are louder plus they are coated unlike the Rustmasters. I've had both and my MAC's still look great after 5 years unlike the Flows which rusted out after 3.5.

Yeah I was deciding what I wanted to throw on my car when I get it... I think I will go with MAC.

I would go with the MAC as well. I had flowmaster and than rusted after about two years.

I have MAC's, they've been on the car for 3-4yrs. No rust at all, not to mention I managed to run over a dead semi tire that landed a direct blow to one of them. Other than having tire tracks on it, it didn't hurt it at all!! I also have their non coated offroad H that only has rust right at the crossover(normal from what I understand), the rest of it looks good. MAC's chrome tailpipes are another matter though, each of mine have a small hole right where they straighten out to exit the rear of the car.
