I'm planning on getting a midpipe soon and have narrowed it to the Mac catted H-pipe or catted Pro Chamber. Couple questions...

1) How does the Pro Chamber sound in comparison to the Hpipe
2) HP, TQ differences?

Thanks for any help...I don't want an x-pipe cuz I'm not partial to the sound I hear from them. I figure HP I can make up on another mod but sound ya gotta live with

I went with MAC's low-cost H, for now. After it's junk, I'll get a high quality X.

Ok everyone seems unanimous in the fact I should choose a prochamber but no one ever gave me a reason why it will be better than an hpipe. Does it put out more power and how will the sound be when coupled with a magnaflow magnapack catback?

Go prochamber. the difference in power is not much but the prochamber should make more power and give a more smooth albeit more quiet sound.

Do both. The 3-piece Prochambers and Hs have interchangeable parts.

Buy a Prochamber and run with it for a few months. Then by just the H piece from Partshopper. They'll sell you just pieces of the kits. Leave the legs in place and just undo 8 bolts to swap the chamber with the H.

I have the non-catted Prochamber and bought just the catted legs later. I will be swapping in the legs after the end of October. Essentially, I have the catted and non-catted Prochambers. If I get the H section, then I'll have both.

hey real quick, i have a catted pro chamber. and i have been wanting to get the "off road" legs. where can i find these? where did you get yours? about what do they cost?

thanks

edit: i have not heard a off road pro chamber, but i think it would sound SWEET. All though i dont know about the HP or TQ diff's. my vote goes for the pro chamber
