I ordered my ProChamber from www.PartShopper.Com Tuesday afternoon, and it showed up today! I'm impressed
It is black now instead of Silver like pic I've seen befor. I guess they call it HTS coating(looks like just black spray paint to me, however ).
Whatever it may be, I can't wait to put it on!!

One question tho - what is the Silver little cup(see 3rd picture) thingie I got with it?

Silver cup? what the hell is this?

i am not a hundred percent sure what the silver cup is..but i do know that mustangs have 2 different flanges on the drivers side of the car, and it could be a fitting for if the manifold is the other one instead of what is made on th end of the pipe..or it could be a reducer because i have heard of someof the newer edge mustangs leaking when a 2.5" midpipe was added due to the smallness of the flange on th eactual manifold. but anyways nice piece..lemme know how you like it i am thinking of getting one.

Hmmm...3 pieces. Mine was only two. Much easier with a 3 piece set-up to install. I really didn't have too much of a problem though. I like the sound but it is not a deep or loud as the Mac H I had before. Of course I still have the stock muffs but that will change soon.

To me that third piece looks like the bell flange that connects to the drivers side header. Can't tell from the first picture of the whole pipe but maybe it slides inside the mid pipe at that connection. Maybe its designed that way to accomodate different types of connections for different model years or header types. Its just my guess.

On the newer model GTs, the ball socket on the manifold is smaller thus smaller radius to seal. So this piece is included to slide in the female end of the Socket on the Pro Chamber side to help get a good seal. I would use it if you have a 2001 or newer GT. Ford switched mid-year. Oh Yay.

I put a prochamber midpipe (silver one) on my 02GT about a month ago it fit fine and doesnt leak, yet. I didn't have a flange like that with mine.

My GT was made Sep 15 of 2000. so is that mean I shouldn't use it?

Weird...everyone I've talked to says the ProChamber has a deeper sound than the offroad H. I tend to agree; a buddy of mine got a MAC o/r H and I got the PC and my idle & WOT sounds were definitely deeper toned than his.

Maybe it's different on Teh 4.6? I don't see why, though...
