I don't have those myself, that engine bay is much more pristine than mine 
They were being sold by Kustom Machine (www.kustommachine.com) back in 2004. That pic is still on the website, but I don't know if they are still being sold or not. I went with a set of these OEM coil covers being chromed and sold by M1R at the time, with the addition of the metal badge on the left cover as shown:
