Mach 1 Hesitates At Lower Rpms

Ive seen a similar thread to this one where the guy replaced the TPS and everything went ok. That didnt work for me.
Around 2k RPM and below, I get a slight miss/hesitation. Once over 2k, car runs fun. Idles good, no codes tripped. Really hesitates when Im in a higher gear (ex. 5th gear and accelerating from a lower speed and should probably downshift to get up to speed faster) and trying to go from say 40mph back up to 60.
Ive replaced the plugs
Replaced the TPS
Cleaned the MAF sensor
Cleaned the TB

Maybe the MAF is going bad?

When I changed the plugs, I did notice some corrosion had gotten in to the last plug closest to the passenger side. Looks like the previous owner my have not gotten the valve cover to seal where the wire comes out the back. Think it may be that coil pack? Ill figured that would have given me a check engine light.
