Mach 1 wheels/tires.....is this a good deal?

Buddy of mine is selling me a set of '04 Mach wheels/tires in mint condition for $400. Only 2.3k miles on the set. You guys think I'm getting a decent deal on em? I dont even have a stang but I will be selling my SUV for a Crown Vic/Grand Marquis or a newer Town car. Do any of these cars have the same bolt pattern as the Stang? TIA for any advice.

Its less than 50% the cost of new oem rims and tires (good year ZR) I think its fair If you like them buy them tires alone would cost you more than that.

$400 is a darn good price. It'd be hard to find just 4 rims for that price. Then get tires, mount, balance

But stock Mach rims are 17x8 right? Too bad not 17x9

Yeah they are 17x8's, he's getting the '03 Cobra Anniversary rims put on cause they are wider and look better IMO.

I've decided to definately buy the wheels/tires. I'll use the tires for when I put on some bling blings on my 87 Fleetwood but I wont need the wheels. They are in like new shape with only 2.3k miles and if anyone wants them for say $250 I'll part with them.

I'll find out about the shipping. I'm in Florida. I was getting the wheels/tires this weekend but my bud ran into a snag. Yesterday he got his new wheels (10th Anniversary Cobra wheels) but they sent them in bright silver instead of the dark grey ones he ordered so he has to ship them back and they have to send another set. Probably take like a week. Anyway I will email you once I get them. Later.
