mach 460 issue. New HU, wiring harness. Help

Replaced the 2 din sotkc HU on a 2000 GT. Power and everything works on new Pioneer HU, but no sound plays thru. When we test with test speaker, works fine. How do i hook up or bypass the stock amps? Which is easier...etc. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks
