mach 460 problem???

i've tryed to do a search and couldn't find any answers.. i'm having trouble with the mach 460 sound system.. for some reason the volume of the music goes up or down when i'm driving (press on the gas or the break).. also seems to do that when i go over a speed bump or something... any help would be great thanks again..

speed sensitive volume control....it's an option when you press the menu button a few times...

Actually I think the setting is accessed by pressing the on-off switch for more than 5 seconds. I use a setting of 4 in my vert which is nice.. it will raise the volume when I increase speed to overcome the wind noise.

I don't think so... I think it's on the newer ones that have the CD changer. But what do I know... I pulled the crap out and put in an Alpine HU with amp adjuster.

Anyone want to buy my old Mach 460 two unit HUs?

No, only in 2002 and later Mustangs...
