Mach 460 question! please help!

So, one cold morning, I go out to my car and start it up. I reach over to turn on the radio for some morning commute entertainment and *POP* No more sound. I pulled my head unit and checked plugs as well as made sure my fuses were still good but to no avail. Only thing I could figure was that the 460 amps blew, I had also done some research with people having the same issue. So onto ebay i hop, pick up some amps and swap them out today. Nothing! still the same problem!! no sound except from the small speaker on the front driver side and even that sound is very low. can someone shed some light on the problem...my drives are quite boring without some music, please help me!

Do you have a stock or aftermarket head unit? did you try plugging in a different head unit? maybe you blew the headunits built in amp

I have an aftermarket kenwood head unit.
I took it to a local stereo store and they told me that it's probably the amp output, it's not kicking them on and the very small sound I'm getting is from the preamp...gunna try some more diagnostics and hopefully update with a fully operation sound system!

if you still have your stock head unit, pop it back in. and test the sound. you probably blew the internal amp on the head unit
