Up until now my Mach has been running damn good. Starting last week while just sitting at the bank with the A/C on I noticed the A/C started to blow hot air, I turned it off. A few mins later I took a look at my temp gauge and saw that the needle was slowly creeping up toward the red line (up to about a on Normal). I quickly parked it and blasted the heater (weeee 90+ degreees outside) the needle almost instantly came down to its usual position i then turned off the heater and was able to drive normally (and sometimes get on it 5800-6k) for the next week with no overheating issues.
Last night while cruising up a steep hill(2500rpm) the needle started to climb fast again, i quickly parked it and threw the heater on again.....temp came down fast. I was to drive home with no more problems.
Any ideas what the problem could be? Coolant level looks to be at or around min.
Thanks in advance
