ok does anyone in here know of any places that can cut and respline the axles for my 8.8 inch ford rear-end. I also need the housing cut down and the spring perches moved and re-welded. I have called like a million places around me and theyre all idiots. !!!!. I even called strange who are supposed to be specializing in rear-ends and they had no idea. sorry to rant about it but if anyone has any help on where to find a place in the Chicago area that would be great. Thanks guys.

try this

there are several shops specializing in Mustang parts and restorations in Illinois. Try contacting them and see if they cannot recommend somebody to you. Maybe they can do the job themselves. Good Luck
