I've been sorting out some bugs with the mustang lately. I finally sorted out all my electrical issues the other day. I ended up replacing the alternator, alternator cable, starter, and I added a supplemental ground cable. She fires up every time now, cranks SUPER fast! I broke my ignition cylinder the other day, so I ordered a new one.
Anyway, today I changed my oil/filter, hooked my new breather up and thus my pcv system is now operational again, tightened up all my exhaust bolts (every bolt from the headers back was loose, one collector on the h-pipe was completely seperated from the other pipe), tighted up some loose bolts on my sway bar, put in my new ignition cylinder, put my steering column back together, put my PCM back in the kick panel, put my trim pieces back on, and mounted and balanced two new tires for my buddy's mustang. The only thing I forgot to do was to hook my shift light back up, but oh well.
As I was leaving the dealership, I got on it kinda hard, and couldn't get traction until halfway through 3rd gear, it was insane.
Just thought I'd share the news of my productive night, I feel pretty good about getting all that stuff done and taken care of. What projects have you guys been working on?
