Made drastic decision & sold 06 WRX for new D/D

I was thinking the same thing but they're crazy expensive...i'd buy a Mach1 or Cobra first. Plus they get HORRIBLE gas mileage....something like 14mpg i think...don't know right off hand but i remember it being pretty crappy. I'm not sure of what the WRX gets...

Maybe wht93gtEd can give us an idea?

The other thing i don't like about Scoobies is that the parts are pricey as hell. I had a Legacy and parts were outragious.

yea, they are crazy expensive. you probably could get a damn nice cobra for cheaper than a evo 9, but you have to remember that they're new and you get a warranty. do they really get that bad of gas mileage? the cobras dont get great mileage either. i think a plain old WRX is in my future as a DD. you guys ever heard the magnaflow cat back on an evo? my buddy had it on his evo 8...the whole system was titanium and weighed 8 or 9 pounds. it sounded great!

yeah...except for the 9 city / 11 highway gas mileage ratings...

I don't think that would be such a great commuter car...also, I wouldn't be able to stay outta the gas AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
