and for my start on my motor i have come across a 351w out of a 91 van and i have it broke down to the block. this saturday i hope to have it at the machine shop for an acid bath and i good inspection/work over. when all is said and done this will end up being a blown 408w or sprayed 418w. i'm not really sure wich way to go at the moment.

now here's my question, i know this block has flat lifters but i'm confused on what it will take to make it a roller lifter block. is this one of the blocks that is machined for roller lifters but came with flat lifters from the factory. or am i going to have to buy the retro lifters
