MAF placement cause small popping and bucking?

ever since i installed my UPR boost pipe , the MAF is way down in the fender, by the headlight and my car seems to still have a small pop and loading up feeling under very light throttle and low rpm.

i have messed with some stuff, FP and set my TPS ( moved TB screw some)

and it still does it slightly.
nothing major, once you give it some more gass it clears up and drive fine.

just if you try to take it down low, like say under 2k cruisng down the road it wants to try and buck back and forth some

did know if the MAF sensors being so far away could cause this?

try clocking the maf... just rotate maybe a 1/4 turn each way see if it clears up. Its probably getting turbulent air from the different placement.

is the EGR still hooked up on the car? that can cause a part throttle buck, mine isnt on my car anymore and it kinda bucks below 2,000 rpm, but im usually at WOT or close to it at all times so i live without the tune for now.

Yep, when I put mine on I had the same problem. I think they instruct to have it straight up and down but thats not always the best spot for the meter to be.

i tried clocking the meter before when the car ran bad, i havent tried since i got it running good.

i will give it a whirl
