I'm hoping someone can help me with a prob I'm having...I'm trying to figure out if there is something wrong with my MAF. In my Haynes manual, it has some guidelines for testing it with a multimeter. According to the manual, the pins on the MAF (as numbered in the attached pic) are pin 1 is REF, pin 2 is SIG, pin 3 is GND, and pin 4 is B+V (batt). In the manual it says to test the resistance between pin 2 and 3, and if it is infinite resistance then you have a bad MAF, however, when I tested pin 2 and 3 I got 0 ohms of resistance! Maybe this is normal, but it seems strange to me that SIG and GND would at least seem to be shorted. Could one of you pull out your multimeter and test pin 2 and 3 on your MAF and let me know if there is 0 resistance between them? It would be a great help because I can't seem to find the answer!
BTW, I have a 2000 GT.
