Well, I'm basically done with my vortech install, but have some problems. The bracket they use to mount the maf in the fender is for the 94-95 cars that have the flange on the maf, but I already had the c&l 76 maf, which does not have the flange, just uses the rubber hose and hose clamps to connect it. So I called a local performance place, they advised I either hook it up to the vortech and just let it hang temporarily until I get either a different maf, or find a way to mount the maf, or modify the existing bracket, or make one ( which I really don't know how to do.) So, what do you guys think, modify my existing bracket or make one ( if any info on how to do this would be appreciated), let it hang in the fender, or buy a new maf. I really didn't want to resort to a new maf yet, I'm broke and currently have the fmu installed on the car, hoping to postpone the maf purchase because I wanted to get larger injector s at that time, which is another 200-300, on top of a new maf.
Thanks,

Mines just hanging there, but it rests on the bottom of the fender. Hasnt caused any problems yet.
