MAF Screen

So my new MAF has no screen like the stock one, ive heard no screen causes drivability problems, what should I do?

I've heard the same thing but the people I know with stangs aren't running, maybe except RAM000. I don't have any problems.

I took the screen off the stock MAF several months ago when I was cleaning it and I've had no problems whatsoever.

I took mine off when i put in my cai and everythings fine.

Same for me. The most problems I get after the CAI is that the hotwire occasionally has to be cleaned because some bits of oil from the K&N make their way back there eventually.
