MAF sensor tamper proof torx screw thread size

I searched like crazy and couldn't find it. Does anyone know the thread size of the screws that hold the sensor itself to the MAF unit? I'd like to replace mine. The car is a 1992 5.0.

Any help appreciated.

I'd say it's unlikely you find an answer to your question.
You could alway tap it to be another size your familiar with or go to the junkyard and take the screws out of a worthless meter on some other ford vehicle.

I'm guessing you wanted to take it off but had no tamper proof torx bit, and ruined the head?

just get the thread size and pitch from any hardware store and get some screws. for the head size, they sell those "key sets" that have a bunch of them. most of them list the sizes as well.

I have the tamper-proof Torx bit that's required to remove those screws and it's a T-20.
