Ok I have a 98 GT:

Is my MAF smaller than a 99-04 GTs? If so by how much?

Thanks

i think its the same size as the 99-02 or so... i know the 04 is bigger, but AFAIK they are all big enough to support enough power to blow the bottom end apart.

So would it be bad to go up to a 85mm or just stay at 80mm? Thanks Randy I wanted you to chime in

keep your stocker, unless you peg your MAF there is NO reason to-go bigger or even change from OEM to aftermarket MAF's.
just an FYI, my 1996 N/A GT ran 11.99@114 mph using the "stock" Ford 80mm MAF
