Ok so I bought this 94 with 2 chamber flows on it and Im not at all impressed with them. When I got my 2003 I forgot whos website it was but they had two versions of catbacks for my 2003 a Magnflow and a Magnapack I bought the Magnapack version do they make a Magnapack for the 94's?

Next thing I want to get a set of BBK long tubes for the 94 with high flow cats. It still has the stock headers on it and with 128k miles I'm a little IFFY about doing it myself I'm affraid Ill snap a bolt trying to get them off.

Anyways the 2003 you had to remove the Kmember and losten up the motor mounts and jack it up. Can long tubes be squeezed into a 94 or does it require major surgery like the 03?

The Magnapacks are only for 96+ but I think they will still work on a 94/95 but Im not sure. Regardless just getting Magnaflows w/ an O/R H or X pipe will be PLEANTY Loud enough.

You can get magnaflows right here off Stangnet in the partshopper section. W/ the promotion code they are quite cheap.

No ill be getting BBK LT's with matching H-pipe W/High flow cats anyways.

Direct from Magnaflows website.

PART #: 15677
YEAR: 94-95
DESCRIPTION: 5.0L V8, GT/Cobra, Magnapack System,
4x4x14" Muffler, 2.5" Tubing,
Rear Exit, 3.5" Tips
(* Magnapack system utilizes a round style muffler to produce a more aggressive tone.)

This is weird I went to magnaflows website they said Part #15677 for 94-95.

Taken from partshopper

Magnaflow MagnaPack Exhaust Catback system for the 96-98 GT & Cobra (15677) features mandrel bent 2.5" tubing with rear exit 3" Polished Stainless Steel Tips.

My car has 171k on it, and I was worried about the same thing. I just sprayed the crap out of all the bolts with PB Blaster for 3 days before I installed my headers, and they all broke loose VERY easily, I was actually shocked that it was that easy.

So you installed them yourself were they easy to put on LTs did you have to take off or unbolt anything else or were you able to slide them on from the bottom with no clearence issues ?

Well, it WAS a little tricky, mainly because several of the primaries on these headers slip off the main collector, so it was difficult to figure out what order to install the pieces. Going up from the bottom is definately the way to go. It wasn't really too bad; but I did delete my smog pump and pipes, and I could see the passenger side being much harder with the tubes installed.

The main problem with the driver's side was the bolt closest to the A/C, man that was a b*tch. You may want to consider loosening the a/c pump. Also, one of the primaries went outside the steering shaft (one of the ones that slip-fit in the collector), so that was a little difficult. If you buy one-piece headers you won't have that problem.

I had no clearance issues, and the collector doesn't hang down near as much as I thought it would. I was also worried b/c these headers are for a fox body. I also thought I may have an exhaust leak-type noise from the slip-fit primaries, but they've been on a week and a half now with no noise. Just plan on an afternoon/evening with a buddy or two and a case of your favorite 'beverage'.

To answer the question about the magnapacks, YES they will fit. Didn't have to do anything special to get em on my 95. It went right on.
