I tried the search but only found 2 threads. Would like to know everyones take on them. Do they have a good tone to them? Also do they pop alot like some mufflers do? I listened to mustangexhaust.com, would like some input. Thanks

I love them, I had the on my 00 GT and now have them in my 02, I am sending you an email with a video clip of what my 00 sounded like with the stock H and the Packs. They do pop, but I love it.

Yea i got them with long tubes and a catted hpipe. man its like music to my ears! sounds loud and agressive with no crackle. The l/t's make the differance tho. they dont sound all that great unless u give it some free flowing headers.

I like the sound best w/ the catted X - IMHO they don't sound as good w/ the stock H. Nice and burbly at 1500 rpm cruising, but screams when you step on the loud pedal. And despite what some ppl on these boards say, they DON'T sound like glasspacks (at least not w/ a mostly stock setup). They do sound totally different than a chambered muffler, though.

On my 03GT I've got paks coupled with Magnaflow catted X and it doesn't pop at all. It does gurgle, and is definitely not a quiet exhaust except for at idle. I would say listen to someone's in person, sounds different than on the net IMO. It took some getting used to for me, but I love it now.

Love the sound. Never had any popping noise. Check out these two vids from the Magnaflow website. One is a launch and the other is a drive-by.

From someone that hates LOUD. Flows are about like stock unless you get a mid pipe. I got the Packs and their too quite too but I don't have a catted X or H yet that will make a difference.
