Installed magnaflow catback about 2-3 weeks ago, but I keep getting a rattling on the right side! I keep tightening the tips with the allen wrench because that seems to be where it is coming loose, but this is annoying and a temporary fix...why does it keep loosening? Could it be the terrible roads around here? Thanks

Red is the "permanant" one, but you can melt it with heat.

welding is a much better solution, if you dont mind spending the extra money to have it done the right way. I got my mags welded on and havent had any problems for a whole year.

It sounds better but I live in southern connecticut, where there are ZERO performance shops...so I dont know that there is a place to get that done

Just look for permanent threadlock....not necessarily loctite's brand name...

Wal-Mart or any hardware store will carry loc-tite or some other form of thread locker.

Mine do the same thing and i think its because of our bumpy roads here and my rougher ride. It gets really annoying and i have been carrying an allen wrench around with me, looks like ill finally be getting some loc tite tonite..
