Magnaflow vs MAC Catback

I currently have a MAC Catback on my 90 GT and I've never really liked it, it's too loud and just doesn't sound right.

My cars a sleeper, but the MAC exhaust gives it away.

I'm thinking about going to the Magnaflow catback system, I have one on my MACH and like it.

So here's my question is the Magnaflow going to be noticeably quieter than the MAC catback?

I asked about this recently, and the general consensus is that the Magnaflow is quieter at idle and below 2k-ish, but after that it screams.

Thanks I'll be getting the Magnaflows once I get back to the States in June.

I was having trouble passing the new inspection regulations here in Germany, I failed the first time for the car being too loud, I did the old steelwool in the tailpipes to quiet it down, and they still failed it (barely out of limits this time)...so I talked to their boss and told him I was leaving Germany in 3 months anyway, and they passed me.

It also helped that thier boss use to owe a supercharged 347 stroker Fox Body
